The Benevolent Irish Society of PEI held its first annual Irish Festival with events March 2 - March 29, 2026, in Charlottetown, Fort Augustus, Kinkora, Morell, Souris, and Tignish.
Everyone was invited to celebrate Irish culture and heritage at breakfasts and dinners, trivia, films, ceilidhs, concerts, plays, and lectures, scheduled throughout the festival.
Every event sponsored by the BIS was well attended. Other events in the lineup were also well attended, and enjoyed.
