RENTALS
The Society has several rooms of various sizes available for rental. First preference for any room is always reserved for members and open to the public for all other free time. Please find room and rental details below.
Katherine Hughes Memorial Hall
Planning a conference, seminar, work shop, training session, business meeting, wedding, or other special event? The Benevolent Irish Society's main hall offers concert Style setup that seats up to 150 people and 80 people for a sit down meal.

We have a stage, sound system, piano, small kitchen, projector, flip charts, and Wi-Fi.

We can also provide a bar at your request. There is an additional cost for this service.

The building is wheelchair accessible on all levels.
Rent is $120.00 per 4 hour window.
Fee for set-up and tear down of chairs and tables is $50.00.
We ask that you set up and leave the room as you found it.
Lorne Clinton Room and Members Room
Business meeting style setup and seats 15-25 people.
We have all of the following amenities available including:

Cost per event is $25 per section (morning, afternoon, evening) for a total cost of $75.00 for the full day. You can book the room from 9.00am - 10.00pm subject to availability.
