The St. Patrick’s Week Ceilidh on Friday, March 15, 2024 in the Katherine Hughes Memorial Hall in the Irish Cultural Centre at 582 North River Road will feature award winning island folk music group Fiddler’s Sons, featuring Eddy Quinn, John B. Webster and Keelin Wedge.
There will be a 50/50 draw during the evening at the air-conditioned, wheelchair accessible and licensed hall. Doors open at 7, show starts at 8. Admission price is $20 at the door. Children twelve and under remain at $5.
Eddy is the lead vocalist as well as playing guitar and Bodhran. He has released two solo albums for which he has received four PEI Music Awards. Of particular note is that in 2017 the band marked the anniversary of twenty years in the music business with the release of a compilation album of their most requested songs.
