About the event
Two different improv sessions of eight weekly two-hour classes are being offered by the HA Club’s Laurie Murphy - Improv Basics and Improv Scenework. Both sessions are located at the accessible Irish Cultural Centre, also known as the BIS (Benevolent Irish Society), 582 North River Road, Charlottetown, PEI.
IMPROV BASICS involves a series of fun and challenging games that develop trust in a person’s ability to be in the moment and to say yes to being creative through improv. Tried and true building blocks are games and activities that aim to foster connection, develop skills, and gain confidence. Improv Basics is in-person, Sundays, February 1 – March 22, 4:30pm – 6:30pm.
